Once you’ve selected your plan, you’ll complete a simple onboarding questionnaire to give us more details and optionally have an onboarding call with your social media manager.

You then connect your social media channel on our platform to allow us to schedule & post the content you’ve approved to your pages.

7 working days later, you’ll receive your full month of social media posts for you to review.

We’ll change anything you don’t like, and once you approve we then post it all for you throughout the month.

How will you know what to post for my company?

Our service is very streamlined, so when you sign up you you complete a detailed onboarding questionnaire giving us all the information we need about your company and target audience, including your branding and any ideas you already have for posts.

We also review your website and social media channels in depth to get a good understanding of your brand voice and your visual style, so that we can continue in a similar style if that’s what you want us to. We will research your industry so that we can put out high quality content that is very relevant for your audience.

Are the posts custom made?

Yes, content is specifically created for your particular brand or purpose. This includes different types of content, such as images, videos, articles, etc. The content is created from scratch, rather than being sourced from pre-existing materials, and is designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the brand for which it is being created. Content will be used for a variety of purposes, such as marketing, branding, education, or entertainment.

Do you engage with followers and respond to comments and messages?

Your account manager will match you with the best social media manager for your industry. Most of our team is based in the US and then we have a few people in Europe as well. Each client gets an account manager, which is the point of contact. The account manager is the link between the client and the rest of the team.

We’re big on taking ownership and responsibility for our work, and it shows in everything we do. All of our Content Specialists are native English speakers so your social media pages will look like you are the one posting day after day.

Will I see the posts before they go live?

All posts will be sent to you for your feedback and approval before they are published. When you sign up and complete the questionnaire, we will have your posts ready for review within 7 working days. We always send a whole month’s worth of content for you to review at once.

We send you a link where you can see the posts and leave feedback for us. We want you to absolutely love the posts we create for you, so if there’s anything at all you don’t like we’re happy to keep changing it until we find a style and direction that you think is perfect.

Most often we get it perfect the first time around, but if we don’t we’ll work on it until you love it.

Where do you get the content/visuals from?

It depends. Some clients have a lot of content that we can work with and some have nothing. For clients that have a lot, we mostly work with that. For clients that don’t have much content, we tend to work with premium stock photos or more graphic-design based posts that are relevant to your brand. However the approach is something we decide together with the client.

Can I expect to see revenue using GuestbookAds?

If there’s however something that is urgent and you want to post about here and now, then we just suggest that you post it yourself and leave the planned out posts to us.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel month to month – but we do ask you to cancel at least 7 days before your next month starts as that is when we’ll be working on your posts for the next month.

What is your refund policy?

GuestbookAds offers the following refund policy:

For our social media management services, which include posts and/or videos, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee. Please be aware that this guarantee does not apply to Blog posts, guestbook menus, guestbook stays, guestbook signage or ads management services.

Once your payment has been processed, and the 14-day money-back guarantee period has elapsed, we are unable to issue any refunds. Our no-refund policy is due to the unique nature of our operations on third-party platforms, the possibility of disconnections, potential delays in clients reviewing our work, and our role as a monthly subscription service rather than a full-service agency.

In cases where you request a refund within the 14-day money-back guarantee period, we will initiate the refund process only after ensuring that all social media posts shared on your social media pages have been removed. It’s important to understand that fees paid to GuestbookAds are not linked to marketing results; you are paying for the time and work we have dedicated. We do offer credits for any substantiated errors made on our part.

Do I have to share my login details?

No – you simply connect your social media accounts on our scheduling platform through the official integration – no passwords needed.

Can I still post on my own profiles?

Yes you can. We encourage our clients to add their own content when they need to. It’s up to you how involved you want to be; if you’re simply too busy to do anything on social media, then you can relax knowing we’ve got your accounts covered.
